The Portfolio

 

The "Nouveau Salon des Cent" portfolio consists of a hundred posters created by one hundred of the best graphic designers of our time, from 24 different countries including China, Japan, Mexico, Brazil, Zimbabwe, the United-States and most of the European countries, as a tribute to Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, for the Centenary of his death, 1901-2001. Initiated by the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum Partners' Club. In cooperation with the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum of Albi. The printing was limited to only 380. The posters have been exhibited in major museums and galleries around the world.

Was born May, 31, 1953 in Tashkent.

 

Creative director of Studio 'Designbox' in Moscow, Russia. Previous activity

 

1971-1977 Moscow Architectural Institute, student.

 

1977-1980 Moscow, architect since 1971. Worked in combination as an illustrator of books, a designer of books, book covers, magazines, posters (mainly cinema posters and posters on socio-political subjects) 1980 Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR.

 

1992 Together with A. Makarevich has organized design studio 'MATCHBOX'.

 

1996 Work on contracts in studio 'DESIGNBOX'. Creative director Advertising Agency 'Premier SV.

 

1997 Member of the Russian Academy of Design.

 

2000 Academician of the Russian Academy of Advertising. Personal exhibitions
