a brightly clad clown applying shoe polish with a shoe brush to the
face of an unassuming seated clown. The round shoe polish container
hidden behind the mischievous clown's back. Another laughing clown
looks on. A brilliant very popular design, were a shoe is not used
to sell shoe polish. A stroke of genius by the master Lefevre.
