The Portfolio
The "Nouveau Salon des Cent" portfolio consists of a
hundred posters created by one hundred of the best graphic designers
of our
time, from 24 different countries including China, Japan, Mexico,
Brazil, Zimbabwe, the United-States and most of the European countries,
as a tribute to Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, for the Centenary of
his
death, 1901-2001. Initiated by the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum Partners'
Club. In cooperation with the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum of Albi.
The
printing was limited to only 380. The posters have been exhibited
in major museums and galleries around the world. View

The Designer - Rosmarie Tissi
Born
in Schauffhausen, Switzerland. Trained as a graphic designer in
Zurich. Shares a studio in Zurich with Sigi Odermatt since 1968.
Numerous distinctions and awards, among them:
1st prize and gold medal at the 11th International Poster Biennale
in Warsaw, 1986.
1st prize in the competition for the poster and visual image of
the Kiel sailing week, 1990.
2nd prize in the competition for the new Swiss banknotes, 1989.
Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec silver medal at the 6th International
Poster Triennial in Essen, 1990.
Bronze medal at the 4th international Poster Triennial in Toyama,
Japan, 1994.
One of the lecturers at the 2nd International Design Conference
in Acapulco, Mexico, 1995; at the International Congress of Architecture
and Graphic Design at La Salle university in Mexico City, 1996,
and at the AIGA conference in San Diego, 2000.
