The Designer - Studio Boot
Studio
Boot has nothing to do with boots otherwise you can always walk
in. This graphic illustrative design-agency is a co-operation of
Petra Janssen & Edwin Vollebergh. Boot's designs are often
strong images with an illustrative use of typography. They are
always looking for new solutions. The variety of clients reflects
this approach towards graphic design. They love to experiment with
old and new techniques and materials, that's why Studio Boot became
a household word in the Netherlands. Because they are also living
together they can never stop working and thinking about design.
Studio Boot has been founded in 1993, is based outside Amsterdam
in the central south of the Netherlands and there they work for
clients such as theatres, publishers, big advertising agencies
and shoe-sellers. Petra and Edwin both teach at the Design Academy
Eindhoven. |
